Packing a Bag for your Next Convention

Everyone who has ever been to a convention knows that, when it comes to bags, less is definitely more. Most peoples first thoughts are "Do I have my pass?", "Is my phone at full charge?" or "Does my cosplay look right?", but another important question can be even more difficult to answer.
WHAT THE HECK DO I BRING????
Well readers, that's what we're going to be covering today!
STEP ONE- Find a bag that matches your cosplay or outfit
So if your cosplay is akin to a school uniform, try finding a school type bag such as a messenger bag or backpack.

STEP TWO- Keep the size of your bag into consideration
The bag size as well as the weight of all the items you want to take with you are important things to keep in mind. The LAST thing you want is sore shoulders and a moody attitude because your bag is too heavy
STEP THREE- Make a list of the things you want to bring
PACK ONLY THE ESSENTIALS!!
Items you pack can be snacks, extra cosplay items, props, or cosplay emergency kits (which I'll cover in another post). Basically whatever your heart desires.

STEP FOUR- Pack your bag the night before *this one is very important
Conventions are meant to be fun and exciting, so don't give yourself the stress of running around looking for you items the day of, while you're trying to get ready and actually get to the convention.

STEP FIVE- *probably the easiest one*
HAVE FUN at your convention and take lots of pictures!!!
Some not-really-essential things I usually pack are:
-Snacks! Because food can be expensive
-A notepad and pen for autographs from the guests at your convention (if you like them that is)
- an extra pair of shoes that are more comfortable than your cosplay shoes, because walking barefoot in a high traffic area can be a little gross
